While this study can be done alone or in a group, the journey is beautifully singular, personal, and so very powerful!
The twists and turns throughout this journey will create different patterns and shapes and just when you think you’ve found the one you like, another more beautiful one emerges.

A MONARCH butterfly lives as a chrysalis for two weeks. A SWALLOWTAIL butterfly may choose to stay as a chrysalis for over a year. While BOTH are butterflies, each undergoes a uniquely timed metamorphic phase that contributes to its success in becoming FULLY themselves.
