About Judy

Judy Perez Velazquez has loved Jesus her entire life!
Saved at five years old, she has held tightly to God as Abba father and has never let go. Life challenges have only made her hold on even tighter as God proved Himself over and over without fail.
Baptized at 11 years old, she started teaching the very next Sunday and has served in various positions throughout her life in the local church from Children's Pastor, Youth Pastor, Women's Ministries Director, Campus Pastor, Church Planter, and Lead Pastor with her husband, Jose Velazquez.
TO CHRYSALIS
Judy is passionate about sharing all about her mighty Lord and Savior and watching each person, regardless of age, come to the full realization of who truly are in Christ through an intimate relationship with Holy Spirit! Familiar with the various stages and seasons of life, her desire is to build confidence in every person that God is tangibly present in each phase of growth in their life.
Her speaking engagements range from Keynote Speaker at various events, Retreats, Conferences, Workshops, Women’s Events, Girls' Camps, and Church Services.

TO BUTTERFLY
Judy's greatest ministry and joy in life is her husband Jose and their four children Caitlyn, Karissa, Joscelyn, and Joseph who all currently serve the Lord with their unique gifts & talents.
2020 brought the blessing of a new son, Salvador David Santillan, married to their daughter Caitlyn. The Velazquez Family welcomed their first grandbaby, David Peter Santillan January of 2023!
Judy is a Licensed Minister with the SoCal Network of the Assemblies of God. She and her husband Jose are the Founders and Lead Pastors of CityWide Mosaic in Temecula, California.
Judy is a graduate of Latin American Bible College, where she served for six years on the Board of Trustees. She is also a graduate of Vanguard University.
